Purpose of role: To assist the Ad Ops team in the successful delivery of all campaigns.


  • To assist in the upload and management of campaigns from start to finish across all products; display, video, mobile and bespoke company formats
  • To assist in the daily completion and review of the campaign traffic report, taking action where needed to maintain campaign delivery and optimise performance
  • Liaise with the Publisher Services team to ensure all campaigns are sufficiently booked prior to start
  • To assist in monitoring & optimising campaign delivery, acting on any issues accordingly to ensure performance targets are met in a timely manner
  • To build new & maintain existing relationships with our partners across DSPs, SSP, Trading Desks, retargeting partners etc
  • To assist in revenue generation for the Ad Ops department, ensuring that all retargeting partners,  remnant / yield management platforms are maintained to drive maximum yield for the network
  • To assist the team role out new advertising formats and deliver these to emerging devices (mobile, connected TV)
  • To assist in troubleshooting & resolving issues as and when they arise

     Person Profile:

  • Previous experience in an ad operations role is essential
  • Must be competent in using ad server technology, preferably DFP
  • Knowledge of HTML & JavaScript would be beneficial
  • Excellent Excel Skills
  • Trading desk exposure would be desirable
  • Ideally educated up to A Level or equivalent
  • Exercises a strong level of verbal communication with internal and external colleagues/suppliers
  • Able to work autonomously, prioritize workload accordingly and consistently produce a high standard of work
  • Ability to analyse data to evaluate post campaign performance or to optimise an existing campaign
  • High level of attention to detail needed
