- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, agencies and media partners
- Meeting individual radio and digital budgets
- Providing accurate and timely budget forecasts
- Proactively developing new clients, building retention strategies and driving continuity in relation to clients utilising the Company’s Media’s sales qualification process
- Delivering exceptional customer service and a client-tailored sales approach
- Setting clear goals and service plans for key and target accounts
- Exceeding client expectations with high service levels throughout the entire sales process
- Collaborating with the sales and content teams
Skills and Experience
- Digital and/or radio advertising sales experience
- Deep connections within the Sydney agency market
- Demonstrated history of exceeding challenging revenue targets
- Creative, innovative approach to sales.
