About the role

A key role pivotal to the company’s future success will be the appointment of a ‘agency sales head’ to lead commercial relationships within selected agency groups

This role provides an excellent springboard for a very strong sales candidate with good consultative sales skills and the ability to design, negotiate and close sales deals within a timely manner with UK agencies.

Summary of essential job functions

·         Represent the business and product suite effectively in the market
·         Creatively prospect potential partners suitable for the business products and resources appropriate to company commercial goals
·         Nurture relevant commercial prospects in a time appropriate way according to agreed targets to generate revenue for the business
·         Effectively manage these partners on a day to day basis with the assistance, guidance and support of the Commercial Director, Technical Account Managers and Head of Sales Support.

Minimum requirements

·         Successful sales pedigree, preferably within digital media (video) market
·         Proven ability to multi-task and nurture multiple prospects and commercial partners whilst meeting deadlines
·         Good understanding of the digital video and mobile advertising industry
·         Excellent communication and presentation skills
·         Existing relationships within the digital video and mobile advertising industry
·         Some technical knowledge of Video standards, performance metrics and a basic understanding of the software involved within digital video (Flash, HTML5, third party tracking tags, etc)
·         Consultative approach with proven long term relationship building expertise
·         Excellent organizational skills, time management and project management skills
·         Strong influencing and negotiation skills
·         Tenacious, proactive and solution driven attributes

Specific Functions

·         Deliver revenue to the business in accordance to agreed levels and timeframes from commercial partners you have identified and developed
·         Maintain these partners and develop relationships further to maximise revenue potential
·         Be open and transparent with the business on accurately forecasting achievable revenue
