The Opportunity

Our Client is looking for a Broadcast Associate Director to be a senior member of the Broadcast management team. You will deliver excellence in execution, and inspire your team and your clients with market leading planning & commercial innovation solutions. This is an interesting and challenging role and they are looking for an open minded thinker, with commercial nous and good client facing skills, who is steeped in Broadcast Trading and who can bring a fresh approach to broadcast planning and innovation. The emphasis will skew towards broadcast planning but there is also a clear need for good commercial understanding and trading experience across all broadcast media.

Key Responsabilities

  • Expert knowledge of all broadcast media
  • Best in class use of planning tools ensuring full integration of proprietary and industry standard tools
  • Knowledge of digital delivery, reporting , planning and monitoring tools
  • Work closely with the planning team to interpret briefs and deliver brilliant activation solutions based on our clients’ business requirements
  • Be seen as the senior broadcast planning representative in client meetings
  • Excited about delivering innovation as an integral part of Broadcast responses
  • Demonstrate an enthusiasm for pushing the boundaries of audio visual planning  beyond linear broadcast
  • Ensure that planned investment meets deal requirements and commercial targets
  • Engage credibly with senior clients & media owners
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Work closely with Head of Broadcast and planners to maintain and grow strong client relationships
  • Immerse self and team in clients’ business, understanding their business challenges
  • Excellent relationships with senior media owners
  • Develop relationships to enhance the clients reputation as a fulcrum for planning and commercial thinking
  • Embrace a “commercially curious” approach to the broadcast investment
  • Be a driver of change and embrace new trading models and commercial practices
