About Campaign Management & Account Management
Campaign management is a key function within the business – it requires excellent attention to detail, the ability to manage the full life cycle of online ad campaigns. The candidate will have a confident, commercially savvy pro-active approach and the ability to satisfy the demands of multiple stakeholders (media agency, creative agency, and publisher) to tight deadlines. An awareness and understanding of online ad technology, the full trafficking process and the digital media landscape is vital however this is not a technically focused role. Excellent written English and communication skills are a must.
You will have 2-4 years’ experience in digital media from an ad technology, agency, or technology background. The candidate must have demonstrable skills in one or more agency ad serving platforms. This role will work closely with client Account Management, And Ad Ops teams and will need to build a strong relationship with their clients, ensure high levels of service and up-sell additional products and services. The ideal candidate will have a assured attitude and have a natural personable style with clients and the ability to advise and deal with strategic uses of ad serving as well as complex campaign setup, site tagging, trafficking, trouble-shooting, billing, and reporting. WE are looking for someone with an ability to advise on and deal with the management of online ad strategy and the technology that makes it happen. An awareness of everything form ad formats, targeting options, media planning and buying through to tracking and data analysis would be ideal.
Mobile is a large focus for the company going forward. A candidate with a strong mobile background would be very interesting to us.
The role would suit someone who has ambition to lead a team of Campaign Managers or become 100% Commercially focused on account management and business development.
