My client is a leading media agency based in Central London. They are looking for a Client Director to lead one of their most prestigious brand. The successful candidate will need to have a good understanding of media and POE communications planning.

The role sits with the strategy team at the agency, therefore the ideal candidate will need to have excellent strategic skills from a communications perspective. They need a team and client lead that will have a natural desire to delve into and understand the dynamics of consumers, business’, brands, culture and general communications to extract meaningful insights.

As well as having key client and media skills, the successful candidate will also need to be a collaborative team player. This role sits with the key strategy team therefore you will be expected to drive collaboration, bringing together diverse range of specialist, listening to their perspectives and finding new original solutions.

Key responsibilities:

  • As Client Director you will be expected to build, develop and grow trusted client relationships, through an understanding of their brand, their objectives, consumer, and commercial ambitions.
  • The Client Director will have the opportunity to work with consultants and the agencies analytics team, in order to deliver help clients identify business opportunities- and you will also act as a catalyst for making data a more active ingredient for the client.
  • Define how we bring together content, data and technology to create value for people and brands in execution
  • Ensure an adaptive and inventive lens is applied to all communications planning solutions
  • Design a POE communications architecture and framework that clearly illustrates how a consumer will experience communications through POE media, across the customer journey over time.
  • Inspire and be an active advocate for making partnerships, content, data and technology more active ingredients in the media plan
  • Lead the process of measuring effectiveness with internal and external stakeholders.
