•       Support the director in planning and account handling clients
•       Answer clients briefs with innovative and effective sponsorship & creative solutions

•       Manage the team to deliver the company and client business objectives and financial targets
•       Drive the team to use the clients products and services to deliver innovative, ambitious  ‘on-brief’ sponsorship, partnership and creative solutions

Client Description
Key Accountabilities

Commercial Edge

•       Understand fee structures and commercial terms for remuneration
•       Use knowledge of the client products and services to  support team to deliver innovative and creative solutions to client briefs
•       Work with Director to continuously review projects to drive innovation
•       Develop client relationships to drive added value including client development plans
•       Manage team to deliver KPI’s and accurately manage budget
•       Contribute innovative, fresh ideas for clients
•       Proactively manage team resource to ensure that data and info required for pitch process is delivered timely and accurately
•       Account lead on Wickes, Shop Direct & Lego

Strategic Focus

•       Developing department objectives to drive diversified services
•       Manage team to keep knowledge at the forefront of current and future industry thinking
•       Contribute thinking to shape strategic client sponsorship/comms plan
•       Lead team Working Groups to ensure adoption of sponsorship best practice across the team

External Relationship Management
•       Connect credibly with clients, media owners, rights holders and other stakeholders. Co-ordinate team to build strong relationships to deliver effective & creative sponsorship platforms and service. Be a trusted expert on all sponsorship & branded content solutions
•       Know and understand the client, their business/brand ,their customer, their economic environment, industry, target customer and who their competitors are

Delivery Excellence

•       Support Director in delivering outstanding client service through management of key projects
•       Work with Director to challenge client brief to ensure sponsorship KPIs are achievable
•       Collaborate with  director to  implement  creative solutions &  sponsorship from conception to completion
•       Project manage team to deliver excellent execution  of full creative & content platform:
•       Receive and interrogate briefs from planners and clients
•       Connect with internal specialists  to provide them with the right brief and negotiate  timelines, resource allocation and deliverables
•       Use the clients tools to develop strategic direction
•       Manage budgets and timelines
•       Manage sponsorship campaigns from idea conception to post campaign analysis
•       Manage stakeholder expectations
•       Manage client meeting content
•       Lead frequent internal and external status update meetings
•       Provide external stakeholders with accurate and relevant feedback at every stage of the sponsorship process
•       Escalate to director potential issues eg balance of time vs. revenue– understand the commercial impact of this
•       Manage & coach a Exec and Assistant and run the day to day team.
•       Be a key contact for all stages of negotiations of a new project
•       Deliver key creative thinking across all projects
•       Apply & create industry best practice to work
•       Be the ‘gatekeeper’ for quality control and the first port of call on day to day queries and questions and plan progress
•       Coordinate  invoicing and payment process as per contract and terms agreed
•       Know how to use and utilise all company tools – eg CCS TGI, Survey Monkey, BLOGS
•       Present  confidently and with impact

•       Take personal responsibility for own development, learning  and personal objectives –  proactively seeking out new learning opportunities to drive performance in role
•       Understand and ‘live’ values and behaviours supporting the team.
•       Manage self and team to develop positive relationships across the company, clients, partner agencies and media owners
•       Develop and motivate Execs and Assistants:
•       Drive their training  on relevant internal and external tools and systems eg CCS, booking, finance systems and processes – make them experts
•       Collaborate with Director to set smart, ambitious PO’S and career dev plans
•       Hold performance reviews and provide frequent open and honest feedback to drive performance  and develop talent
•       Deliver relevant ‘on the job’ training to drive collective team knowledge and expertise
•       Ensure they understand and know what to do to deliver financial targets
•       Be a mentor to team members
•       Provide support and guidance to peers
