Role overview :

At it’s the core, the purpose of the Digital Group Account Director role is:

  • Deliver outstanding client service for a group of clients
  • Lead relationship to ensure delivery of consistently high standard campaign executions
  • Deliver financial targets, demonstrate growth in revenue and track progress against targets throughout the year
  • Be an ambassador for the company,  connecting across internal and external networks to help deliver the operating model and build the brand reputations

Key Accountabilities:

  • Create innovative digital strategies and high level plans that translate into profitable buying solutions    go beyond ‘standard display and search’
  • Translate business strategy into ambitious executable  digital plans and targets for ACT and clients that help achieve its objective of redefining media
  • Understand the client’s business and the digital landscape to deliver insight led digital communications advice, strategies and high level plans to clients
  • Support Head of Digital to work with planning team, strategists and other specialist teams to deliver innovative, strategic and commercial products and services that maximise company and client income and value
  • Take overall responsibility for digital client relationship and client satisfaction (CRR scores)
  • Manage direct reports  to ensure they build strong relationships with their counterparts  to deliver excellent client service
  • Responsible for successful retention and growth of client account, roadmap for future opportunities and threats
  • Manage briefing process, interpret what can be implemented and what would be desired ideally
  • Lead creation of truly excellent high level digital strategies that fulfil client briefs and challenge clients digital marketing agendas to redefine digital media
  • Responsible and accountable for ensuring your team create sufficient briefs for the Central Team and are managing amends between Central Team and Client effectively
  • Take responsibility for and be accountable for ensuring that sufficient insight is added to reporting data produced by the Central Team that will satisfy and challenge clients
