The Opportunity ·         Day to day running of your accounts and communication with the clients and other agencies

·         Responsible for two prestigious clients acquisition targets (in terms of volume, efficiency and quality) through efficient, innovative planning and campaign optimisation

·         Digital media planning, working with an AD to influence the strategy and approach

·         You would be responsible for ensuring that the execs you are working with are delivering on the clients’ campaigns and objectives


·         Competence in all relevant research tools Adynamix, Comscore, TGI.net

·         Management of DSP/Exchange and RTP strategy and optimisation

·         Deliver work to agreed deadlines and can confidently negotiate deadlines

·         Management of and regular contact with key contacts at the clients (creative teams) you will work from their office one day a week.

Key Responsibilities  ·         Develop excellent, strategic and well researched digital media plans

·         People supervision – monitor day to day aspects of account execs work to ensure high quality output. Learn how to manage staff and apply varying approaches

·         Provide on-the-job training and support for junior members of the team on key tools such as (DFA, Comscore, TGI etc.)

·         Undertake additional projects beyond client responsibilities as requested (market analysis, competitive reviews etc.)

·         Provide support and back up to account execs

·         Buy all media plans –  supervise all tracking and financial admin (across media and tech providers and internal resource)

·         Manage the process of optimisation on all campaign activity

·         Demonstrate good understanding of online trading and negotiate high value deals for your clients

·         Good understanding of the role of the other digital channels and how they work together albeit display / mobile/ search / biddable / social etc.

·         Attend internal / external briefing sessions and respond to briefs

·         Develop strong relationships with your key clients and media owners

·         Some project management may be required

Experience Required·         Experience and confidence when working with Ad Exchanges, DSPs and planning campaigns taking advantage of RTB

·         Experience working on complex direct response campaigns to deliver to challenging client targets

·         Confidence when talking about tracking and measurement of campaigns, proactively looking for solutions to deliver more robust reporting and add insight

·         We’re looking for a candidate that has excellent communications skills and the ability to sell in media strategies to clients. The candidate must be able to write and deliver presentations according to objective and audience

·         Proven track record in buying,  negotiation and optimisation

·         Good understanding of the role of the other channels and how they work with digital

·         Previous experience of a large account having maintained a complex report / dashboard
