They have an established and profitable agency with loyal clients and team.  They are a dynamic digital-lead and ambitious company. That said, they believe there is still much potential for further growth for this vital head of inbound role They pride themselves on having all the experience of a large agency, but with a small agency service culture.

Your experience and personality

You will be a dynamic, entrepreneurial, ambitious, highly professional, confident, organised, self-motivated individual with a desire to lead and grow the agency and new business.  They are looking for sociable, intelligent individual who is experienced in managing and growing a team, products and clients.  You will be at ease talking and meeting CEOs, MDs and Marketing Director’s of medium size companies.  Our client are looking for Someone who is likeable and at ease mixing with senior and junior people alike and can quickly gain their respect for you and find you good company.  You will have excellent and detailed up to date digital, content and search knowledge that you can bring to the agency and an appetite to enthuse digital into the heart of the agency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the growth of the inbound division
  • Enthuse digital and inbound marketing into the agency through strategy, team and systems
  • Employ relevant skills, determine digital needs and drive new business across
  • SEO
  • Content
  • Social (fee based for unpaid)
  • Mobile (with the benefit of our sister agency, Fetch, the leading global mobile agency)
  • Sell in and oversee the implementation of inbound marketing campaigns with the agency
  • Work closely with the client directors to introduce this
  • Lead growth of digital and data within existing clients at the agency
  • To introduce new income streams e.g. content builds
  • Support expansion and agency growth to support CEO and marketing team through
  • Improved pitch conversion through inputting better content and attending pitches
  • Networking
  • Conference speaking etc
  • Active participation in industry associations
  • Help future proof the agency with latest developments
  • Help grow the clients online team and client base
