International Sales Director at programatic Ad tech multi screen platform

The International Account Director will join the high performance, high-momentum London sales organization. This individual will take a senior role within a highly successful sales team, covering the largest agencies in the region. Critical to this individual’s success will be his/her abilities to drive high-level customer conversations, relationships and ultimately quota attainment. As the business continues on its current high growth trajectory.

Job Responsibilities:
• Form in-depth relationships with advertising agencies and clients in
order to increase revenue through the presentation of our clients services and suite of product offerings
• Construct territory plans and target accounts to maximize revenue
opportunities
• Identify market trends and provide forecasts to the Sales Lead
• Act as a cross-functional partner with sales support teams and
marketing
• Work alongside the Sales Lead and senior management in developing
territory patch and optimal coverage model
• Continuously strengthen industry presence and network (by
participating in on-going industry events, running social events, etc)

Job Qualifications:
• 5+ years of sales experience within a progressive organization
• Experience with digital advertising and deep knowledge of the digital
market
• Experience in selling a broad solution sale with multiple million pound
contracts
• Extensive knowledge of International agencies (Account Managers
through to Heads of Digital) and direct clients.
• Proven track record of driving to over-quota performance
• Proven track record of growing a territory and developing long term
investments
• Proven success with management peers
• Hardworking, energetic, aggressive seller who is passionate about the
industry
