  • Generate revenue from the creation and sale of compelling integrated partnerships across the platform
  • Creation of high quality presentations and sales documents
  • Evangelize about the business and portfolio
  • Conceive and execute business plans for agency/client/category portfolio
  • Source and build new commercial relationships with brands /agencies / OME’s
  • Develop existing agency/client accounts to maximize revenue potential both in the UK and globally
  • Work with the worldwide ad ops team to generate robust client data reports on individual campaigns
  • Secure repeat business and maximize cross selling opportunities
  • Any other reasonable duties as requested

 Key Performance Indicators:

  • Systematic approach to agency portfolio leaving no stones unturned
  • Quarterly successful closure of non-standard integrated deals
  • Monthly and quarterly revenue targets achieved consistent with the 2013 budget
  • New client/agency contacts developed each month from global landscape
  • Satisfactory client campaign ROI

Skill’s/Experience Required:

  • At least 5 years experience of online sales with a proven track record of revenue generation
  • Good agency and brand contacts across multiple disciplines – global contacts an advantage
  • A true understanding of the digital, VoD and OEM space
  • Comfortable selling across multiple platforms
  • Demonstrable commercial acumen (an ability to spot new areas of opportunity)
  • Ability to create and run multiple campaigns while retaining a new business focus
  • Strong understanding of the online & TV sales arena, with particular expertise in developing long term sustainable ideas
  • Strong reporting, monitoring and analytical skills
