The Role

Our client is looking for a professional to join their expert team of digital consultants. Our client is one of Europe’s leading analytics companies. You will be working with large and multi-national clients, on a wide variety of projects. They are looking for talented, bright and personable individuals to add to our team of expert consultants. The right candidate will have a hunger for knowledge, an ability to deliver outstanding work, be a communicator and have the desire to get involved in all areas of the business. The position is based around digital and web analytics, website optimisation and usability and will require (after training) an advanced knowledge of how to implement different tools and technologies on our clients websites. Time will be spent both with the team and with clients as a technical lead on analytics and optimisation projects. In addition we expect the successful candidate to become well read in all the areas we work in, and write on the company blog about their knowledge.

Your Responsibilities

You should have drive to achieve results in a friendly manner but at the same time maintain quality and standards. You should have the ability to absorb and impart factual information to others and work within standard operating procedures. Ideally the person fulfilling the role will have specialist/technical skills and will work within an area of knowledge and expertise. Communication, the need to enjoy challenging situations and a systematic and perfectionist approach to problems are integral to the function. The ideal person for this position will be positive, participative, self-confident, friendly, self-starting, competitive, inquisitive, imaginative, factual, consistent and somewhat conventional and self-disciplined. Activity, mobility, flexibility, variety and pace are also important aspects within the role. You may prove to be a cautious decision maker due to the need for perfection and getting things right.
