The candidate:

Ideally you will come from a digital/mobile agency background with some experience working with mobile media planning/buying and servicing clients. Mobile is a new industry and ideally we are looking for a bright digital star with the willingness to learn about mobile.

You will need to fully understand your clients KPI’s and goals and formulate plans that meet and exceed these goals. Combined with the ability and confidence to inform your clients of the rationale of your plans, you will also need to keep them up-to-date on the industry and of important changes. Over time, you will become their expert in the mobile industry.

The ideal candidate should have the following qualities and skills:

  • Media planning and buying experience
  • Use of media buying interfaces and ad-serving (preferable)
  • Experience working in an agency environment (preferable)
  • A good understanding of excel, pivot tables, formulas and manipulating data
  • to see clear trends
  • Experience in managing accounts and budgets
  • Fine eye for detail
  • Willingness to learn
  • Fluent in English and either Japanese or Korean

Key responsibilities:


The right candidate will be responsible for the following tasks:

  • Assisting the team on client business
  • Researching background information to provide insight for briefs, be that consumer or market-led
  • Media planning and buying for your clients
  • Campaign set-up and management
  • Budgetary control and management
  • Campaign expansion and ideas
  • Assisting in the accurate upkeep of paperwork
  • Growing your accounts
