Our Client is an award wining media agency with a reputation in the market as a forward thinking and entrepreneurial organisation. They are a thriving international media network across 67 countries.
The successful candidate would be responsible for activation, optimisation and performance analysis for your allocated accounts or campaigns, including:
? Setting up tracking, where required
? Daily budget and performance checks, flagging anomalies to manager
? Adjusting spends to ensure the budget is paced according to the media plan
? Reaching performance targets for allocated accounts
? Regularly checking credit to ensure the activity continues to spend up until the end date
? Creating macro-based excel reports to showcase results
? Delivering weekly reports to clients, highlighting the key trends
? Weekly optimisation, including adjusting bids, altering keywords and refreshing creative
? Building keyword groups
? Liaising with media owners (e.g. Facebook and Twitter) to trouble-shoot issues
? Utilising 3rd party technology to upload and optimise campaigns.
Some of the tasks above may be delegated to social media executives.
Other duties include:
? Briefing media owners (e.g. Facebook & Twitter) on new activity, ensuring campaigns are opted in to relevant beta tests.
? Creating proposals, including recommendations on budget weighting, target audience, and KPIs
? Forecasting targets and budgets
? Creating media plans
? Liaising with creative agencies to acquire creative assets
? Delivering creative recommendations
? Considering innovative ways to boost campaign performance, for example, by testing different bid types
? Creating and presenting post-campaign analyses to showcase results to clients
? Training and mentoring junior resources (graduates and executives)
? Supporting managers and associate directors with:
o Paid Social Media Strategy
o Forecasting yearly budgets
o Third party technology recommendations
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
We are looking for a Paid Social specialist with proven experience in paid social (rather than community management) who is ready to take on the challenge and work on a large international account. You must have a proven record of turning an account around, working against tough targets (cost per sale, ROI) and having direct client contact.
