The performance team work across a portfolio of clients but for this role we are looking for someone to really focus their energy on our performance product. Some of the largest and most dynamic clients within the agency
The client spends a huge amount in DR Display yearly and there is a large focus on both the performance of our media partners and improving the effectiveness of the clients creative using our in house dynamic creative team. Integration with the other digital departments is key and the role offers a great opportunity to gain exposure to the brand digital activity.
In this role, you will be a key part of the team that delivers performance campaigns for the above clients but key deliverables in this role will include:
· Liaison with our network agencies in other countries.
Who are we looking for?
Given the nature and ambition of these clients, the candidate will come from a digital background and had experience with working on e-commerce clients with a passion for direct response and performance metrics. Previous experience of managing and growing display performance clients is preferred for this role
Guaranteeing the set-up of digital campaigns in a timely and accurate manner will be essential to this role, so experience of finance system and adserving systems is required. Using these systems for reporting on campaign performance will be an ongoing part of this role
The candidate should be organised and have a natural curiosity and will be instrumental in growing these accounts and exporting best practice
With ROI being central to all performance clients an individual with a strong analytical and inquisitive mind is required.
Working to deadlines and being effective under pressure is also key. You’ll need strong admin skills and good attention to detail as well as being numerate and accurate. You should be proficient in the use of Excel and PowerPoint.
You’ll need to show evidence of the ability to build and maintain strong and effective relationships with media owners and clients.
The ability to work strongly both within a team and on your own is essential, and excellent written and verbal communication skills are paramount. Good presentation skills are required for this role.
