Our Client is looking for an externally facing, programmatic salesperson, to be responsible for maintaining excellent agency trading and client programmatic relationships across all levels. In this role they will implement and maintain discipline and rigour on all sales elements with a view to maximising programmatic revenues across all digital platforms within our clients portfolio.
This is a new and dynamic sales role that will be key to driving their external digital profile and agency trading desk relationships across the industry.
What are my accountabilities?
• Proactively build and maintain strong relationships with all programmatic stakeholders within each agency group through regular face to face contact
• Daily negotiation and approval of all PMP and Programmatic direct deals across the portfolio
• Drive collaboration with the wider digital and trading teams to seek out, sell and implement new programmatic revenue opportunities across our clients digital portfolio.
• Working with the Head of digital and trading team to deliver the annual agency trading agreements.
• Liaison with relevant agency group contact within the trading team to ensure deals are fulfilled and maximised across all platforms where possible
• Work with digital stakeholders to ensure smooth integration and on boarding of new technologies.
• Accompany Digital Sales managers on meetings and briefing sessions with key Agencies and Clients where appropriate.
• Build and maintain outstanding product and competitor knowledge and attend relevant industry conferences and events Work with digital adops to monitor programmatic sales stack and make recommendations to optimize regularly to ensure we capture highest possible CPMs
• Monitor and report on agency/client performance to relevant internal stakeholders
• Work in a consultative approach to support internal teams across the division, including Digital Account Management, Ad Operations, Sales, and Product Specialists.

What experience must I have?
• Min 1 years experience and track record of success within a programmatic sales function
• Experience negotiating programmatic trading agreements within an agency group structure
• Deep experience creating and delivering presentations to existing and new customers
• Solid key account management experience
• Familiarity with media research systems and working with audience data
• Involved in implementing strategic change
• Track record of delivery
