 Job purpose:  The Role is responsible for managing monetisation of display, mobile and video inventory outside of North America with a focus on programmatic sales, audience targeting and third party rep agreements. The requirement of this role is to develop programmatic client relationships across EMEA with a focus on UK and France. The role will lead and develop all trading desk/client relationships to optimise revenue across all brands, in all EMEA markets. To succeed in this role, you will have a proven track record in digital, with a focus on revenue generation, commercial partnerships or revenue operations. The candidate should have a deep understanding of the Programmatic landscape including; Trading Desks, Ad networks, DSPs, SSPs and Exchanges. The ideal candidates should be someone who is results-driven, capable with numbers, quick to learn, has great account management and business development abilities, highly self-motivated and has experience working with agencies. Should be comfortable working in a fast-paced and changing environment.

Main tasks and responsibilities:

  • Work with the Programmatic Trading Manager Develop account strategies to drive long term revenue growth in EMEA
  • Developing and maintaining excellent client relations with Trading Desks, DSPs, Ad Networks and Exchange partners, acting as a single point of contact for existing customers
  • Develop account strategies to drive long term revenue growth in EMEA
  • Develop and grow strong working relationships with European and local market agency trading desks to develop high value solutions for clients
  • Introduce new advertisers and trading desks into our sales network and exchange deals
  • Develop an extensive understanding of the clients brands, markets and commercial intelligence systems in order to provide the best sales solution to trading desks and their clients
  • Work with the Network Operations Manager to ensure successful delivery of all commercial deals on the Exchange
  • Working with Direct Sales to identify opportunities with existing and potential clients. Assisting with RFPs where appropriate.


Experience and skills:

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Minimum 12 months in an RTB specialist company (DSP, ATD, Exchange or SSP) or relevant programmatic experience with an Online Publisher.
  • Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills
  • Fluent in English and proficiency in a second European language (preferable).
