Job Description

The Publisher Development Manager – is responsible for further developing relationships with digital publishers, mobilizing their sales teams to sell the Company’s interactive video ad formats. The candidate will be responsible to drive revenue growth through the adoption of our clients ad format solutions by current and new publisher partners including premium video publishers, major ad networks and exchanges.

This is a newly created position that is critical to the continued success of Innovid. The opportunity is perfect for a sales professional currently at an existing technology company, selling solutions to publishers, or in sales strategy or business development at an ad network or publisher looking for a sales driven opportunity.

The candidate will report directly to the VP, Business Development, Europe. The position is based in London.

Responsibilities

  • Grow relationships with publishers sales teams by educating sellers on our clients suite of premium ad products, and assist publishers in closing new business
  • Present solutions through face to face meetings and phone calls with publishers
  • Manage all facets of the sales process from pre-sale to close, including ongoing sales consultation, education and training
  • Own publisher retention and relationship management with the goal of ensuring high publisher satisfaction
  • Act as strategic partner for publishers, helping evaluate, model, and improve the prospects of their online video business
  • Collaborate with the agency sales director to influence new business and maximize overall value for the Company

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 6+ years total work experience
  • Strong set of existing relationships with emerging publishers, as well as leading publishers at the decision making level
  • Experience in a sales, sales strategy, or business development, preferably in media or creative technology
  • Demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth
  • Ability to develop strong relationships with sales professionals
  • Strong understanding of industry trends, technologies and publisher monetization solutions
  • Deep understanding of sales processes including RFP’s, pricing models, and third-party partners
  • Highly driven self-starter who proactively seeks out opportunities to improve, and has a strong track record of success
