Sales Director/Country Manager position

Our client’s strategic growth needs by closing agreements DSPs, SSPs, Exchanges, Networks and Publishers. This ambitious self-starter will collaborate with numerous points of contact both internal and external as he/she progresses through the business development process from pitch to scope to contract.


  • Develop strategy and action plan consistent with Integral vision
  • Manage both buy-side and supply-side revenue strategy and initiatives, developing, closing, and managing partnerships, and deals with, DSPs, SSPs, Exchanges, Networks and Publishers, and other relevant platforms
  • Work with internal departments like Product, Marketing, Sales and Client Services to help support the growth and direction of Integral’s products
  • Discover and develop new business and revenue opportunities
  • Consistently meet and exceed revenue expectations, insuring a pipeline of new business opportunities
  • Be a thought leader for the company, with a finger on the pulse of the industry and help inform Integral in terms of product enhancements, changes, new offerings, and strategy and what direction the business should be headed
  • 5 to 10+ years sales and business development/strategic sales experience in a technology solution sales company, an advertising sales business, an online media company or similar
  • Track record of consistently exceeding revenue targets and related metrics
  • Network of contacts in the digital media industry
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong analytical ability
  • Proactive, driven, entrepreneurial and action-oriented individual who can accomplish goals, work well in a team-environment, and thrives in fast-paced challenging environment
  • Ability to sell based on value, not price
  • An understanding of the digital media landscape, as well as a solid grasp of technology and the Web
  • BA/BS required, MBA preferred
