To lead & inspire your search team of dedicated search professionals and ensure we uphold the industry leading PPC services for our well known clients.
To oversee the successful management of numerous client PPC channels from strategy through implementation to successful performance, industry benchmarking and on going reviews.
To be the centre of PPC knowledge across all your accounts.
To have a deep understanding on search implementation and optimisations across the main search engines and take an active part in furthering the professionalism of the industry
Drive innovation and ensure we are utilising best in class technology for all our clients
Ensure we deliver measurable performance and revenue across all search activity and convey this performance to the client in a pro-active manner
To ensure all search activity relating to your team is co-ordinated through a central search planner. This maintains a healthy transparency and enables all team members and the client to align resources and manage performance
Work with the Head of Paid Search and digital director in winning new business
Ensure search is integrated with all other media channels
Key experience and skills
The ideal candidate will come from a agency with substantial experience
You will have a complete understanding of all search media.
Ideally, you will understand the wider media landscape actively understanding the clients integrated approach and business aims.
Have experience of managing multiple search specialists.
Have an abundance of client facing experience and skills.
Confident client handler and public speaker.
