Our Client is a thriving international media network based in the heart of Central London, they are looking for people who are fearless, dynamic, streetwise, human, relentless, transformational, tribal and switched on as it helps us deliver our unique approach –moving beyond planning and buying static media to designing dynamic interactions

Key Responsabilties

Reporting into a SEO Manager, you will support with the execution of multiple SEO campaigns across a range of clients & sectors.

You will be given support and guidance to deliver great work, which meets best practice guidelines and at the same time you will be expected to build relationships with client teams, suppliers and also the client and their partner agencies to develop your knowledge, enhance campaign performance and help your Manager to identify new opportunities for your clients.

  • Provide data & keyword research for new business pitches, strategies and recommendations
  • Carry out site health checks and support with competitor audits
  • Support with link building briefing as required
  • Measure the success of campaigns, providing monthly & post campaign report
  • Use Google Analytics and other packages as required to carry out reporting
  • Follow established guidelines and processes
  • Prioritise work-load and manage tasks to achieve deadlines
  • Take a pro-active role in learning client’s business
  • Give input at internal status meetings
  • Communicate with clients as directed by Manager
  • Build strong relationships with your team, clients & members of the wider agency
  • Support with on-boarding of new clients to ensure smooth transition
  • Be involved in training and development of graduates
  • Understand the billing process and how to add supplier costs
  • Deliver against objectives which align with our department up-streams
  • Contribute to internal and external company communications (newsletters etc.)

 Skills & Experience

  • At least 6 months experience working on successful SEO campaigns:
  • Market, competitor and keyword analysis
  • On-Page SEO (Tag optimisation, SEO friendly content, optimise navigation etc)
  • Content Distribution/building links– Develop, plan and execute
  • Performance reporting on SEO campaigns
  • Use of SEO and analytical software such as Google Keyword Planner, Google Analytics and other common web analytics platforms
  • Clear understanding of best practice SEO and search engine webmaster guidelines
  • Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS and other web programming platforms
  • Flexible and hard working – used to working to deadlines under pressure
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team

Desired Skills:

  • Understanding of how Social Media can be utilised for SEO
  • Understanding of how SEO integrates with PPC or experience running integrated SEO and PPC campaigns
  • Website design and programming skills
  • Copywriting experience
  • Experience with SEO campaigns utilising universal search
  • Language skills such as German, Spanish, Italian, French etc…
  • Experience working within an agency environment
